Who are you finding support for?

6 quick taps. Free, no obligation.

How old is your child?

So we match them with someone who works with their age every day.

What's been weighing on you most?

Pick the closest. There's no wrong answer.

This answer stays on your screen. We don't save it or send it anywhere.

Where would you like to be seen?

Our therapists are licensed in Iowa.

How would you like to pay?

We're in network with these Iowa plans.

We may not be in network with that plan.

Plenty of people in your spot start as self-pay so they aren't stuck waiting. Our team goes through the cost with you on the call, before anything is booked.

If we had an opening for you this week, would you take it?

Most people who reach out are seen the same week.

When can you pick up a quick call?

About 10 minutes with our intake team to check your insurance and match you with the right therapist.

Good news. You're a match.

Where should we reach you?

We can only see people who live in Iowa.

Our therapists are licensed here, so we can't work with you, even by telehealth. Your doctor or your insurance's member services line can point you to someone licensed where you live.

Our therapists work with children from age 4.

For little ones under 4, your pediatrician is the best first call. They can refer you to an early childhood specialist near you.

We're not in network with Medicare or Iowa Medicaid.

We'd rather tell you now than after a phone call. The member services number on the back of your card can give you a list of in-network therapists near you today.

Then another practice will suit you better.

Your insurer's member services line or online directory is the quickest way to find an in-network therapist. Ask which ones have openings this month.

You deserve a team that specializes in this.

We don't provide eating disorder or psychosis care, and you'll get the best support from people who do it every day. Your doctor can refer you to a specialist program in Iowa.

If you or someone you love is in crisis right now, call or text 988, any time. In an emergency, call 911.

That's completely fine.

When you're ready, call us on (563) 341-7276, Monday to Friday, 9 to 6, or come back to this page any time.

If things feel heavier before then, you can call or text 988, day or night.

Questions people ask first

We don't have a waitlist. Most people have their first appointment the same week they reach out, and weekday mornings are usually the quickest.

We're in network with BCBS / Wellmark, UnitedHealthcare / Optum, Aetna, Cigna, HealthPartners, Midlands Choice, Oscar and Surest. Self-pay is welcome too. We go over your coverage on the call so you know what to expect.

Someone from our intake team takes your details and insurance, asks a little about what's going on and matches you with the right therapist. Then they book your first session. It takes about 10 minutes and there's no cost.

Yes. Secure telehealth works anywhere in Iowa, on your phone, tablet or computer. Lots of people mix office and telehealth sessions.

Yes, from age 4. With younger children we often use play therapy, sand tray and expressive art, so it feels natural rather than like a doctor's visit. Parents are part of the process.

Yes. Your answers and contact details go only to our intake team. They are never sent to Facebook, Instagram or any advertiser, and once you're a client your information is protected under HIPAA.

Please don't wait for a callback. Call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, any time. In an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

You've waited long enough. Let's get you seen this week.

Six quick taps. Then a real person from our team calls to match you with the right therapist.
